B.C. military standby wildfire post: what was requested, what was not, and where to check now
A Beautiful Canada card said the federal military was on standby for B.C. but Premier David Eby had not yet asked for military assistance. The careful reading: the card is broadly accurate on the formal military-request point, but it does not mean B.C. had asked for no federal help.
