[6.3-10.2] Miss management is what has created these fires that are out of control.
[10.2-15.3] We never had these issues years ago, even 10 years ago we didn't have these problems.

[17.7-22.8] If you don't jump on it and respond with all your resources instantly, it spreads.
[22.8-26.6] But they lay back at that office and they just twiddle their thumbs.
